Refund Policy

Dry Guy Waterproofing wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase subject to the conditions described below.

 

 

Orders placed at a Reseller or Distributor:

Return the unused portion to the place of purchase along with your original receipt.

Orders placed directly from Dry Guy Waterproofing

 

Before returning an item, you can:

• Use The CONTACT FORM To Ask A Question Or Resolve An Issue

All permitted returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and include any documentation or components in order to qualify for a return. Failure to include such items may delay your refund or exchange or results in additional fees. When you make a qualifying return, we will credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges, to the original method of payment. Dry Guy Waterproofing reserves the right to deny any return or exchange. 

Return Process

 

To Cancel An Order:

You may be able to cancel your order before the items have shipped but it is important that you contact us immediately by using the CONTACT FORM or by calling us at 1-877-799-9588. After the order has shipped, you can still return the item to us at your expense for a refund of the full amount less the original shipping and handling charges. For items not yet shipped, Dry Guy waterproofing will issue a credit to the same card used to purchase within 4 business days and will send you an email confirmation once completed. For items already shipped, refunds will be processed with 3 business days will be processed within 3 business days.

 

Start A Return:

• Confirm your order was placed within the last 30 days
• Request an RMA by using the CONTACT FORM or by calling 1-877-799-9588
• Call 1-877-799-9588 For Customer Support
• Box And Ship The Item To Dry Guy Waterproofing Including The Original Receipt.
• Items Must Be Received Back To Dry Guy Waterproofing within 30 Days When The RMA Was Issued
• If Items Are Accepted Per Our Return / Exchange Policy, Dry Guy Waterproofing will issue credit to the same credit card used to purchase within 3 business days
